How long can you foster?

I understand that fostering an animal with Promise of Texas Sanctuary involves responsibility and commitment.

I will provide a safe and appropriate environment for the animal.
I will provide daily care including feeding, exercise, and general supervision.
I will follow all guidance provided by the rescue regarding care, behavior, and medical needs.
I will administer basic care such as grooming or medications if instructed.
I will maintain communication with the rescue regarding the animal’s progress.
I understand that the animal remains the property of the rescue.
I understand that the animal may be placed for adoption at any time.
I am prepared for the emotional aspect of fostering, including eventual adoption placement.

I understand that failure to meet these expectations may result in removal of the animal and/or termination of my foster status.
